CRIMINAL CASES

1. Representing / Acting as an attorney of a Germany citizens relating to the narcotic case in amount of 3,5 kilograms metamfetamina before the Tangerang District Court;

2. Representing / Acting as an attorney of the defendant relating to the corruption case on the goods and services procurement by one of the State Owned Enterprises(Mining Compnay) before the Pangkalpinang District Court (first stage) and Bangka Belitung High Court (appeal stage);

3. Representing / Acting as an attorney of the state owned shipping company in filing a police report at the Metropolitan Jakarta Raya Regional Police Office concerning afalse testimony pertaining to a land certificate provided to the national land officer by someone, which financially injures our client company;

Representing /Acting as a attorney of our client as defendant in a criminal case pertaining to banking fraud and money laundering allegations before Central Jakarta District Court in connection with investment portfolio in the form of Reksadana & Discretionary Fund issued by one of the Financial Sector Compaies as sub agent;

5. Representing / Acting as an attorney of former governor of Banten Province as defendant pertaining to bribery allegations to former chief of Indonesia Consitution Court before Central Jakarta District Court;

1. Representing / acting On behalf of the private company (Pay-TV Provider/Company) as defendant relating to a lawsuit brought by a Pay-TV subscriber before South Jakarta District Court, alleging a breach of the application subscription contract;

2. On behalf of the private compay in a telecomunication industry, a lawsuit before North Jakarta District Court in relation to breach of sale and purchase agreement of a piece of land in Pantai Mutiara, North Jakarta;

3. Representing / Acting On behalf of the Defendant, a private oil drilling Company, which having its headquarter office in Oman against Indonesia private company before Central Jakarta District Court in relation to the non – payment of the remaining obligation (default) of the Agreement;

5. Representing / acting On behalf of Indonesia private company (travel agent)as defendant pertaining to unlawful act lawsuit brought by Hongkong private company relating to the non – payment of the obligation (default) of the Agreement before South Jakarta District;

6. Representing / acting On behalf of an Indonesia Bank (group of a broadcasting conglomerate) as defendant pertaining to unlawful act lawsuit brought the former land right holder towards the auction of land security which located in Kemang Raya before the South Jakarta District Court;

1. Representing / Acting On behalf of Indonesia private company as defendant pertaining to trademarks annulment lawsuit brought by Comite International Olympique as plaintiff before the commercial court of Central Jakarta District Court.

2. Representing / Acting On behalf of Indonesia private company (Garment Producers Company) as defendant pertaining to reconsideration memorial filed by Indonesia private company in relation to trademarks annulment lawsuit  “Polo Ralph Laure + Lukisan Orang Berkuda” before the Commercial Court of Central Jakarta District Court, etc.

ADMINISTRATIVE LAW DISPUTES

1. Representing / Acting On behalf of the a Multinational Mining Company (Australia Based) as defendant pertaining to the administrative lawsuit before the Palu State Administrative Court and Kendari State Administrative Courts in relation to the Decrees of the Morowali Regent and Konawe Regent concerning the granting of overlapping permits to manage a mining area;

2. Representing / Acting On behalf of Indonesia private company (Advertising Company) as plaintiff pertaining to the administrative disputes before the Jakarta Administrative Court in relation to the issue of confiscation letter by the head of State Tax Office which inflicted violated the good governance principles and the prevailing laws, in addition to injuring our client company;

3. Representing / Acting On behalf of the private local television company as plaintiff pertaining to administrative disputes against Minister of telecommunication and informatic before the Jakarta Administrative Court in relation to the change of broadcasting permit which inflicted violated the good governance principles and the prevailing laws, in addition to injuring our client company, etc.

BANKRUPTCY AND SUSPENSION OF DEBT PAYMENT CASES

Represting / Acting On behalf of Indonesia private bank company (member group of a conglomerate company), as applicant, in application of Suspension of Debt Payment to one of the Koperasi in Indonesia as debtor and person as its guarantor before the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta District Court.

2. Represting / Acting On behalf of Indonesia private bank company as defendant, in relation to submission of civil lawsuit from 5 (five) employees of on auction over the asset of PT Jaba Garmindo which has been secured by fiduciary, etc.

3. Represting / Acting On behalf of an Indonesia private company  (oil transporter company), as applicant, in application of Suspension of Debt Payment to indonesia private company as debtor and the others of indonesia private company as its guarantor before the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta District Court, etc.

1. Handling Establishment of a Foreign Investment Company in Indonesia, a distributor of industrial weighing & precission instruments.
